Sago cutlet with step by step picture.
An easy quick snack with sago/javarisi to go well with evening chai/tea. Making this cutlet is so simple and only the time-consuming work is cooking of the potatoes else you can make them quickly. Sago, when soaked in water, will easily absorb it and will become glossy soon. If using nylon variety sago it will take more time. As this recipe is a no onion no garlic recipe people who are fasting can have it.
This tastes best when served with sauce or mint-coriander(green chutney).
