Mango popsicle, a treat for mango lover and a treat for kids.
In this mango season, I have not made any recipe with it except this mango-banana smoothie. Every time when I buy some mango keeping in mind to try a new recipe I just end up eating the fruit as such. Just to make a simple popsicle with it I bought two mangoes and immediately made it as I may get lazy later and may end up just eating it.
This popsicle is so simple to make, blend the mango pieces with sugar( if needed), dilute it, pour into mold and set it. If you prefer some citrus flavor you can also add some lemon juice and make the popsicle.

Ingredients:
- Mango -1, peeled and chopped ( I used Bangapallai)
- Sugar- 2 tbsp
- Water- around 1 cup
Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender/mixer and blend it well.
2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze it.
3.When it is set run the mold under tap water and demould it.
Serve immediately.
So easy to make and perfect for the summer :)
