Recently I had an invitation to attend the Blog -Jam meet conducted by Preethi Appliances. This was was my first met I attended personal and I had to leave the meet in midway due to a personal issue.I regret that I couldn't attend it fully as I learned that the second part was related to food photography which is much needed for a food blogger.I hope no further issues like this happens in future.
Though the meet was scheduled to start up at 3 in the afternoon it was delayed by an hour. The first session starts with the introduction of their brand by their chief who described various miles stones they have achieved so far and how their brand mixer, Preethi is the largest manufacturer and awarded with many accolades. In 2017 their brand got placed in Asian book of records for prolonged grinding of idli batter. They have newly introduced a small grinder called Galaxy which can grind a small quantity of batter.
The next session was by the renoved food blogger, Archana's Kitchen.Though I have interacted through virtual media this is the first time I met in person. She gave a details lecture about blogging, SEO and many blogging related parameters.
Preethi Turbo Chopper:
It a small, stylish and handy chopper which occupies very little space in our kitchen. Its a one presser chopper that can chop onions, cabbage, carrot, nuts, etc.
Some features are
- Powerful 450W motor which chops very fast
- Stainless steel sharp blade.
-0.7L quntity bowl.
-Can easily remove blade can clean the bowl and blade.
With this chopper in hand chopping is so easily and finish up your cooking so fast.By using this chopper I have made this lauki/bottle gourd, known as sorakkai in TamilThis is the first time I am making this halwa and was amazed to see the end result.I referred Tarla dal book for this recipe and did slight changes in the ingredients.
