When its beef cooking for lunch/ dinner it's a real treat for all as we all love it to the core. I use a tender version of beef called veal meat which will just look soft as goat meat.For this recipe you can use both beef variety.Last Sunday I made this recipe for lunch where both my kids were so much involved in plating, shooting and taking photos / videos.with no further stories lets go straight to the recipe

Ingredients:
- Veal meat/beef- 1\2 kg
- big onions- 2, medium sized, sliced
- green chilly- 3
- Red chilly powder-1 & 1\2 tsp
- coriander powder- 1 tsp
- pepper powder- 1 tsp + 1\2 tsp
- Garam masala-1\2 tsp
- turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
- vinegar- 1 tbsp
- ginger garlic paste- 1 & 1\2 tsp
- salt to taste
- coconut oil- 1 tbsp
- coconut bites- 1\4 cup
- curry leaves- a string
Method:
1.Clean the meat and chop into smaller pieces. to it add half of chopped onion, 2 slited green chilly, red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste,vinegar,1 tsp pepper & salt.Mix it well.Add just a tbsp of water.
2.Pressure cook it for 1-2 whistle.On opening the cooker if you see any water , heat the cooker and allow it to dry up.
3.Heat another pan with coconut oil.Add in coconut pieces, remaining onions, 1 green chilly and curry leaves.Saute it in the low flame it everything nicely gets browned up.
4.Then add in the meat from the cooker into it .Mix it well.Add pepper & garam masala.Check for salt & add if needed.Toss it for 2-3 mins.Switch off.
Serve hot for any rice variety or Indian flat breads.
