Cooked rice
Grated mango-1/2 cup
Oil-1 tsp
Mustard-1/2 sp
Channa dal-1/2 tsp
Peanuts- 1/2 tsp
Hing powder-1/4 tsp
Chopped ginger-1/2 tsp
red chilly-1
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste.

1. Clean and grate the mango.1. Heat oil in a pan/kadai add, mustard, channa dal, peanuts, hing, ginger, red chilly one by one.
2. Then add grated mango, salt, turmeric powder. Saute and cover and cook for a minute.
3. Open add the cooked rice, mix and switch off.
Yummy mango rice is ready.
