Chicken chukka with step by step pictures
This recipe is totally my daughter's recipe. She googled up gather ingredients, took pictures and made it completely. Last Sunday she made it and send me all these pictures to post in the blog and hence I am posing it. To say the truth it was good for the first try and I hope she will improve as she grows.

Ingredients:
To dry roast& powder it:
- Red chilly-5
- Coriander seeds-2 tbsp
- Jeera-1 sp
- Cinnamon-1 sick
- Cardamom-3
- Cloves-4
To wet grind:
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Garlic pods-4
- green chili-1
- Coriander leaves
Oil-2 tbsp
Onion-2, chopped
Chicken-1/2 kg
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt o taste.
Instructions with step by step pictures:
1. Gather the dry ingredients, slightly roast it.
2. Powder it.
3. Gather the wet ingredients and grind it.
4. Clean the chicken well and add the wet paste and marinate it for minimum half an hour.
5. Heat oil in a pan. add sliced onion and saute till it becomes golden brown. Then add the marinated chicken piece. Add the ground powder, salt, turmeric powder. Add water. Cover and cook till done.
