Peanut/Verkadalai Sundal with step by step pictures.
Peanut sundal is one healthy sundal which can be made in few minutes. As its festival season in India, people make a variety of sundal each day to offer to their God. This sundal can be made with or without coconut. I saw many soaks this peanut overnight and cook it. But I usually just pressure cook it which is good for me.Some other sundal recipes are

Ingredients:
- Peanuts- 1/2 cup
- Oil-2 Tsp
- Mustard-1/2 Tsp
- Urad dal-1/4 Tsp
- Red chilly-2
- Hing powder-1/4 Tsp
- Curry leaves
- Grated coconut-1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
Instructions with step by step pictures:
1. Pressure cook raw peanuts with water and a little salt to 6-8 whistle.
2. Drain the water through a sieve.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal, hing, red chilly, and curry leaves one by one and saute.
4. Then add the boiled peanuts, coconut, salt and mix well. Switch off.
Healthy sundal is ready.
