Method:
1.In a bowl add in both flours,baking soda,baking powder,salt, cinnamon powder,ginger powder and mix well.
2.In another bowl add in sugar,oil.yogurt,essence and mix well.
3.Add in the flour mix and fold in well with a flat spatula.Lastly, add grated carrot and mix it will with the batter.
4.Scoop the batter in baking pan and bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 min at 180 deg C.
5.Cool in wire rack and serve as a snack or as breakfast for kids.
Notes:
1. Baking time varies from oven to oven.
2.You can even add some nuts in it.
3. Since I had not used a bundt pan for a long time I have used it here but you can use a regular muffin pan.
