If you are looking for an easy eggless muffins then this one comes in handy.Here I completely avoided plain flour and used multi grain flour .Trust me it was so soft,moist and make a great combo for tea/coffee.Do try this healthy muffins and surprise your family

Makes: 6 big muffins
Ingredients:
- Multi grain wheat flour-1 cup + 1 tbsp
- baking powder- 1 tsp
- baking soda-1\2 tsp
- oil-1/4 cup
- sugar-1\3 cup
- yogurt-1\2 cup
- tutti fruity-2 tbsp +few for topping
- vanilla essence-1 tsp
Method:
1.Sieve flour with baking powder.To the tutti fruity mix a tbsp of flour and coat it well and then add it to the flour mix..
2.To the yogurt add baking soda,mix and keep ,it will foam up.
3.Take sugar and oil in a bowl,mix well.Slowly add flour mix and yogurt alternatively and mix well.Lastly add essence.
4.Line the muffin pan and scoop out the batter in to it.Add some tutti fruity on top.
5.Bake it in a pre heated oven for 20-25 or till done at 180 deg C.
6.Cool on wire rack and serve.
1.You can even add some nuts also.
2.While mixing if its too hard to mix add some milk to get the dropping consistency.
