This dessert is one of the easiest and quickest recipe.This is also one way making kids eat vegetable.I just love the yellow colour of the dessert.

Serves-3 to 4
Ingredients:
Carrot grated-1 cup
Milk-1\2 litre or 3 cups
sugar-1\4 cup
Sweetened Condensed milk-1\4 cup
Ghee-3 tbsp
cashew/raisins-few
Almond flakes-to garnish|(optional)
Method:
1.Boil the milk well and let it reduce .Meanwhile clean,peel and grate the carrot.
2.Heat 2 tbsp ghee and fry cashew ,raisins and keep aside.Then in the same pan add the grated carrot and saute till the raw smell goes.Add in some milk,saute and switch off.
3.Cool and grind it to puree.Add in to the reduced milk.Add in sugar and condensed milk and cook till everything mixes well.
4.Add fried cashew and raisins.Top it with almond flakes (if adding) and serve.
