Ingredients:
- Whole wheat flour- 1 cup
- Rava/sooji- 1 tbsp
- Beetroot-1 medium sized
- Salt to taste
- Flour to dust
- Oil to deep fry
Method:

1.Peel the skin of the beetroot and chop it in to medium sized cubes.Add water and cook it well.Cool and grind it to a fine paste.
2.In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt and beetroot puree and make a soft dough.(Add water if needed,i didnot add as the beetroot puree itself was enough to make a dough).
3.Make equal lemon sized balls from the dough.Roll it in the rolling pin,dust flour to avoid sticking.
4.Heat oil and deep fry each puri.Do the same for all the balls.
Serve hot with potato masala.
