Rabri is an Indian dessert made with milk, sugar, saffron, and nuts. The recipe will somewhat look similar to basundi which also have similar ingredients. In basundi, the sweetened milk is thickened and served with nuts. But here in rabri, it is thickened by scrapping the sides of the pan and the end product may look little grainy. In Basundi it will be smoothy when compared to rabri. In this festive make this easy dessert and relish with family.
Rabri is usually served along with malpula which is a dried fried sweet. will try to post it later.
