Tomato masala poori with step by step pictures.
Poori/puri is one breakfast which my son like the most.So during weekends, I will try to make poori for him.Mostly I make poori with wheat flour so last weekend I want to try a different version of poori and made this tomato poori which tasted yum.I served it with potato curry which is the best combo but you can also serve with chole masala.

Method:
1.Blend tomato into a puree.
2.In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, rava, salt, garam masala, ajwain seeds, kasuri methi, tomato puree.Mix well to make a non-sticky dough.( Don't add water, tomato puree is enough to make the dough).
3.Cover and keep for a while.
4.Make small balls out of it and roll each ball.
5.Deep fry the rolled ones in hot oil.When puffed up well and take out of oi.Do the same for all balls.
Serve with your favorite side dish.

- Rava/sooji-1\4 cup
- Tomato-2(medium sized)
- Garam masala-1\2 tsp
- Ajwain seeds/ Onnam-1\2 tsp
- Kasuri methi/Dried fenugreek seeds-1\2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil- to deep fry
