We are already in the mid of this year and it surprises me how times flies.To start the new month I'm here with a sweet and simple pancake using mango, the king of fruits" as the star ingredient.In this mango period, I had not tried any new recipes which make me feel guilty although I got the fruit abundant and hence to console my feeling I prepared this simple breakfast today.

How I made:
1.Grind mango pieces with milk.
2.In a mixing bowl add in flour, baking powder, mango puree, sugar and mix first.Then slowly add water and make a neither thick nor thin batter.
3.Heat a pan, pour a ladle of the prepared batter ( don't spread).Add ghee or butter on sides and cook in low flame.When done on one side and cook the other side.Do the same for all batter.
Serve hot as such or with honey/maple syrup.

- mango pieces - 6
- milk- 1\2 cup ( previously boiled)
- baking powder-1\2 tsp
- sugar-1\4 cup
- water-as needed
- butter/ghee- to drizzle on sides
