Mealmaker / Soya nuggets kebab with step by step pictures.Meal makers are rich in proteins and are quite easily available in all departmental shops , now a days even all vegetable vendors sell this.Whenever I buy a packet of this, my kids first choice would be meal maker 65 since they love that the most as it looks and tastes like chicken fry.If the dinner menu is chapati then sometime it would be soya chunk masala.

makes 10 mins kebab
Ingredients:
- Meal maker- 100 gms
- potato-1
- Red chilly powder- 1\2 tsp
- corainder powder- 1 tsp
- garam masala-1\4 tsp
- turmeric powder- 1\4 tsp
- jeera powder- 1\2 tsp
- flour-1 or 2 tsp
- salt- to taste
- oil- for frying
Method:
1.Soak the soya granules in water for minimum 1\2 an hour.When it is soaked well squeeze the excess water and clean again.Continue doing it till the water becomes clear.pressure cook the cleaned granules, add a potato in it and cook together.
2.When done squeeze all water from the granules.Mash potato.
3.In a mixing bowl add in squeezed & mashed or ground soya granules, mashed potato and all dry powders.Mix well and form a dough, if not able to make add in flour .

4.Make patties in form small log .Insert a wooden skewer in it.Do the same for all dough.
5.Heat oil in a flat tawa and shallow fry these kebab till done.When done on a side turn and cook the other side.
Serve hot with any sauce or ketchep.
