Ingredients:

Method:
1.Remove the white portion sticked in the peel of oranges as it will give sour taste.Clean and shop the skin in to small pieces.Soak tamarind in water and extract juice.
2.Heat oil in a pan, and season it with all the ingredients under " to temper".Then add in the chopped orange skin and saute for some time.
3.Add in the all the dry powders and salt.mix well.Add little water to blend up.
4.Then pour the tamarind juice ,some water and allow it to boil well.
5.When it has nicely blend up add the jaggery piece and keep in flame for few minutes and switch off.
Serve for hot steamed rice.
Note:
1.You can replace chilly and coriander powder with sambar powder.

- green chilly-2.sliced
- Red chilly powder-2 tsp
- coriander powder-1 tsp
- turmeric powder-1\2 tsp
- Tamarind -small lemon size
