Hara bhara kabab means its a green cutlet which is nothing but made of spinach,green peas and potato. It is healthy and tasty with loaded proteins.We serve it simply serve it with ketchup or keep as patties between bread and serve as burger.Even the kids who refuse to eat greens will surely have this kabab due to its taste.Do give a try once and I'm sure you will make it again and again.

Ingredient:
- spinach-1\2 bunch
- potato-1
- green peas-1\2 cup
- green chilly-1
- besan flour-1\4 cup
- ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
- chat masala-1 tsp
- garam masala-1\2 tsp
- cumin powder- 1 tsp
- salt- to taste
- oil-as needed
Method:
1.Boil 1 cup water and blanch the spinach leaves in it.Drain and make paste of it with green chilly.
2.Pressure cook green peas and potato.You can even cook in open pan.When done peel the potato and mash it well.Drain green peas from water and mash it up.
3.Mean while dry roast the besan flour for a while,be careful not to burn it.
4.In a mixing bowl add mashed potato,green peas,spinach paste,ginger garlic paste, roasted besan flour and all dry powders . mix well.If you are not able to form a firm dough dry roast little more flour and add to it.Make balls of it.
5.Heat oil in a tawa ,gently make patties of the balls and toast it.when done one one side flip and cook the other side till it browns well.
Serve hot with ketchup or as patties for burger.
